Phoenix Convention is organised and funded by fans. The organisers aim is to breakeven and in the event of a cash surplus the excess is donated to the Convention Charity, which this year is Christina Noble Children's Foundation. There will be a Charity Auction held during the Convention to raise funds for the charity.
Christina Noble Children's Foundation - Inspired by a dream and motivated by her horrific past as a street child in Ireland, Christina Noble arrived in Vietnam in 1989. Against all odds, she has established the Christina Noble Childrens' Foundation in Vietnam and Mongolia to provide medical and educational programs for poor children and families. It has helped more than 140,000 children and has fundraising offices around the world.
